1.Alice Rianga
A second-year student at Jaramogi Oginga Odinga University of Science & Technology. She went missing in early May 2026, and her body was later discovered dumped in a forest around Bondo, Siaya County.
2.Constance Gadingi
A student at Murang’a University. In April 2026, homicide detectives launched a probe into her mysterious death after she fell from the upper floors of a short-stay apartment building in Kileleshwa, Nairobi.
3.Rose Benta Apondi
A student at the Ramogi Institute of Advanced Technology. Following a week-long search after her disappearance in April 2026, her body was found in a forested area near Riat Hills in Kisumu County under suspected circumstances of gang rape and murder.
4.Sylvia Kemunto
A first-year mass communications and computer science student at Multimedia University of Kenya. She went missing in March 2025, and her decomposing body was discovered days later.
5.Bonita Ngatha Kariuki
A first-year Bachelor of Education student at Karatina University. She was stabbed to death inside a hostel in February 2025, with her boyfriend identified as the prime suspect.
6.Mercy Kwamboka
A 20-year-old student from the Chiromo Campus at the University of Nairobi. In October 2024, she left her home following a late-night phone call and was later found dead with severe signs of torture in Kasarani, Nairobi.
7.Faith Musembi
A 19-year-old student at Mount Kenya University. In May 2024, she was found dead in her rented apartment in Thika after extortionists demanded a ransom from her parents.
8.Rita Waeni Muendo
A 20-year-old student at the Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology. Her brutal murder and dismemberment at a short-stay apartment in Roysambu, Nairobi, in January 2024 sparked nationwide “Feminists March Against Femicide” protests.
9.Harriet Moraa Nyaboga
A first-year student at Machakos University. She was stabbed to death in January 2024 inside her apartment following a domestic dispute with her boyfriend.
10.Faith Adongo Owino
A first-year Bachelor of Arts student at Pwani University. She succumbed to severe stab wounds in October 2023 after being attacked by unknown assailants while heading home from a campus event.
