How to Apply

Go to the KUCCPS Student Portal
Visit the official KUCCPS website and open the Student Portal. -
Log In
Enter your KCSE Index Number, KCSE Year, and Password (your KCPE index number or Birth Certificate number as registered with KNEC). -
Find KMTC Courses
Click on “KMTC Programmes” to see available certificate and diploma courses, their minimum requirements, and campuses. -
Choose Your Courses

Pick your preferred courses.

Note their 7-character programme codes.

You can select up to four choices in order of priority.

Submit Your Application

Click “KMTC Application” or “Apply/Revision.”

Enter the programme codes.

Review your choices and click Submit.

Pay the Application Fee

Pay Ksh. 1,500 through e-Citizen as instructed.

If you applied before and were not placed, you do not need to pay again—use your previous payment reference.

Confirm Submission

Make sure all programme details appear correctly.

You will receive a confirmation message after successful submission.
