KCSE Results 2023 Top 10 Schools: On January 8, 2023, Education Minister Ezekiel Machogu released the much awaited KCSE results. From these results, it is clear that among the top ten schools’ boys’ schools were more than girls’ schools. Additionally, other new schools are also taking the lead among the top performers.
