The school started as a Primary Boys’ Boarding School by the Consolata Missionaries and later it became a Junior Secondary School in 1947.  The school continues to rise higher, operating under strict academic, moral and spiritual principles. As an academic giant, the School can now be known as a national school as it has continuously received regional and national recognition in both academic and co-curriculum fields.
